The Pantheon Institute Field Trips
The Pantheon Institute students left for two academic field trips that took them to Pompeii and Paestum on February 26th and 27th and to Florence, Verona and Venice on March 1st-5th.
These field trips were part of the Pantheon Institute academic programs and they represented a unique occasion for our students to visit some of the most significant sites of the country.
The field trip to Pompeii and Paestum included a visit to Pompeii’s excavations with the relative lecture and a visit to Paestum’s archaeological site and National Archaeological Museum.

The second field trip, on the other hand, included visits to sites of artistic interest such as the baptistery and the cathedral dome in Florence, the Museo Castelvecchio in Verona and San Marco’s square and cathedral in Venice.

Both trips were co-curricular for the Architectural Design and Architectural Analysis courses and included daily lectures held by Professor Martemucci, who travelled with the students on both trips.
